Anti-Slavery policy.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking and is the severe exploitation of other people for personal or commercial gain.

Formara Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains consistent with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Formara expects the same standards from all of our suppliers and that they will hold their own suppliers to the same standards. Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery must be communicated to all suppliers at the outset of our business relationship with them and their confirmation that they have read and understood this policy shall be recorded. As part of our subcontracting processes, a specific Anti-Slavery provision shall also be included within our subcontracts.

This policy applies to all persons working for Formara or on our behalf in any capacity as a supplier, including employees at all levels, interviewers, agency workers, subcontractors, collaborators and external consultants and third-party representatives.

All those working for or with Formara must read, understand and comply with this policy and are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.

Employees must notify the Managing Director as soon as possible if they believe or suspect that a conflict with this policy has occurred or may occur in the future. Concerns should be raised about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our activities or supply chains of any supplier tier at the earliest possible stage.

Formara may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
