For more than five decades, Formara has been part of the print and marketing industry, supporting clients with print, direct mail, fulfilment, packaging and campaign materials.
But there was one important member of the Formara family still waiting for a proper introduction – “The Formara Rabbit”!
So, we launched our Name the Rabbit competition and invited customers to help us find something memorable, meaningful and fitting for the business.
After plenty of brilliant suggestions, one name stood out - meet ‘Orma’ (the Formara Rabbit)
The winning name was chosen by Lizzy Turner, Finance Administrator at UCL, who came up with a name that connects beautifully to Formara.
Why we chose Orma?
Orma comes from the middle of Formara, making it feel naturally part of the brand. Even better, in Italian, Orma means a footprint, imprint, mark or trace.
For a print and marketing company, that meaning could not have felt more fitting. Much of what we do is about helping businesses leave the right impression, whether through beautifully printed materials, direct mail campaigns, packaging, fulfilment or marketing support..
A winning entry with a community touch
Congratulations and thank you to Lizzy who won a lovely WellBox Hamper which included five free meals donated to and delivered locally by The Trussell Trust. Thank you to WellBox and their charity partnership, adding a thoughtful community touch to the prize.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered and helped us mark this little moment in Formara’s story.
