Amazing customer service experience! We have ordered a banner about 6 months ago and got it delivered to the office. As there were Covid 19 restrictions we could not go to the office then. About a week ago I went to the office and searched for it. I couldn't find it and then I decided to call them to ask for a tracking number. Not only were they super responsive but they also were honest and said it might have happened for it to be missplaced as this did occur during lockdown, mostly because people were not in the office. I loved how they tried to fix the problem rather than find excuses or who to blame. They offered us a new banner which got delivered the next working day. I can honestly say they are super proffesional but also caring about the customer experience. I recommend their services! They are a company which you can trust fully!
