Modern Slavery Policy.

Policy Statement

We are committed to conducting business ethically, with integrity, and in a way that respects human rights. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain.

We are committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, and human trafficking, and to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, agency workers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and anyone acting on behalf of the company.

Our Commitments

We will:

  • Operate our business with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
  • Comply with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other relevant legislation.
  • Assess and manage the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain where appropriate.
  • Work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Take appropriate action if any concerns about modern slavery are identified.

Responsibilities

Management is responsible for:

  • Promoting awareness of this policy.
  • Ensuring appropriate procedures are in place to identify and reduce the risk of modern slavery.
  • Investigating any reported concerns promptly and appropriately.

All employees are responsible for:

  • Being alert to the signs of modern slavery.
  • Reporting any concerns immediately to their manager or a director.
  • Cooperating with any investigations into suspected breaches of this policy.

Suppliers

We expect our suppliers and contractors to:

  • Comply with all applicable employment and human rights legislation.
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent modern slavery within their own businesses and supply chains.
  • Notify us if they become aware of any actual or suspected instances of modern slavery relating to the goods or services they provide.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking should be reported to management as soon as possible. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately. No employee will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.

Breaches of this Policy

Any employee found to have breached this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. We may also terminate our relationship with suppliers, contractors, or other business partners who fail to meet the standards set out in this policy.

Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate and effective.
