At Formara, we are committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your printed materials. Please review our policy below for more details on how to return items or request a refund.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items Due to the nature of custom and printed products, certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Custom printed materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, leaflets, banners, and custom packaging that were specifically printed for your order.
  • Items that are damaged or altered after receipt, unless due to a fault with the product.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items with personalised or custom designs

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Printed materials that show obvious signs of damage.
  • Items that were returned in less than perfect condition due to customer handling or issues outside of our control.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to process.
  3. Contact your bank for any delays.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
