Client: Southend-on-Sea Borough Council

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's Inward Investment project aims to entice businesses and companies to relocate into the Southend area. Text and images were supplied by the customer with an outline brief to create a document that is visually engaging, appealing to the corporate sector without appearing too 'Council' like.

We settled upon an unusual format of 200x250mm so that it sits somewhere between A5 and A4, to make large enough to have the impact desired without being unwieldly.

The design features very strong imagery treated with bold facts and quotes pulled from the text, along with bespoke infographics.

Printed on 170g silk with a 250g cover with soft-touch laminate to give a luxurious, tactile finish.
